A man must be proud of himself ,his family his neighbors as they were his stand his helpers ,and his nations that sanding, helping and giving their hands to him. Man is socialist creature .he could not live alone .he must have friends that being his mirror.
The prophet said "the is the mirror of his brother".
That mean a friend is doing as I want to do .Thus if he was good I will be good and vise versa. Every one says or even shouts I am not fruitless. I am succession man .I can do unbelievable things I can load heavy things even it was a mountain .It was mentioned that a man loved a woman that he can not go her or come from a work or a job until looking at her face. He become inpatient .he believed that he will marry her soon .but her family had another believe . they engaged her to a rich man when our man in travel They married also her and she traveled with her husband. The man return and asked about her .after some days and when he did not see her ,he knew that she was married .he became sad . He did not eat and drink. his hair became tall, his beard became also tall .his shape became ugly. After days his friend came to see him . When he saw him and knew what happened to him. He said to him "it is acceptable thing that you do not do any thing to your love except dream .you don't work hard to gain money or even spare it .You did not go to her family to engage her. *جلس أحد العلماء وقد ضاقت عليه نفسه وضاقت عليه ألأرض بما رحبت وبعد أن عجز في تحقيق مهمته .إذا به يرى نملة صغيرة تحمل ثقلاً مثل وزنها وتحاول مرة بعد أخرى ولم تيأس حتى نجحت بعد محاولات عديدة فسأل نفسه هل هذه النملة أقوى منه وقام وحاول مرة تلو أخرى حتى نجح .

If the man feels with Frustration ,he must take a vacation ,a rest. He must relax from any burden of life .he must forget his tired , worries, and even himself. He must do sport like running basketball ,football, walking, or any sports he likes.
*read a book about life and public relation between and religion books about the love between human bodies and God . The love between all existence . the life that must not be destroy by any man under any conditions and any names. Man must know that life is a gift from his God , and destroy the life of public or being is wrap. So if he destroys his life by suicide, he makes a big mistake that leads him to the hill for ever.
As I say the life of beings is very important that man must not destroy it, and great important for his life not to destroy.
*He must tend to cult his God very honest and sincere.

Frustration is that one can not achieve what he wants .AS engagement or marriage and this does not succeed . if work at a job and you don't achieve WHAT Your Chief order, you are frustration at their sight .if you have a firm or trade co. and you closed it .you are it frustration.
